Richard F. Hobson is StrategicVision's President and Founder.   "Rich" has served as a college Vice President of Institutional Advancement, Educational Technology Product Manager for a major Musical Instrument Manufacturer and numerous marketing and technical jobs in the IT world. Among his achievements, he led the development and marketing of digital keyboard lab systems for K-12 schools, designed a new generation of fundraising applications for Higher Education and achieved major growth and diversification of the funding base at a private college. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Small Business Specialist. He holds degrees in Music from Rice University and the University of Cincinnati as well as continuing education in Management and Information Technology.

StrategicVision's V.P. for Marketing and Sales, Helen Q. Hobson has served in Marketing, Product Development and Planning roles for numerous large internet, software and manufacturing corporations. With extensive experience in Project Management, Helen has led numerous products and services from concept to launch. As principal consultant for Marketing and Business Services, Helen applies over 20 years experience in product, program and project management, pricing, competitive intelligence, strategic planning and new markets development. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Miami University (Ohio) as well as a BA in Economics and a BS in Marketing from Indiana University.

Wayne E. Burton, CFRE is an Associate serving as Planned Giving Specialist and Fundraising Counsel. His seasoned career in the non-profit sector includes numerous Senior Development positions with social service, cultural, youth and family services organizations. Wayne also served for over 25 years in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, retiring at the rank of Lt. Colonel. He earned a bachelors degree the University of Indianapolis and is a Masters in Public Administration candidate at the University of Cincinnati.

Richard W. Reno, PhD is an Associate serving as Principal Software Engineer. Dr. Reno has over 40 years of experience in the fields of Science and Information Technology. He possesses a wide breadth of technical knowledge in the areas of software design, engineering, programming and system administration. His career has included college faculty as well as corporate positions. He holds degrees in physics from Knox College, Galesburg, Illinois, (BA) and Yale University (PhD).  

 Cynthia Weitlauf is StrategicVision's principal grants consultant. Cindy has spent 25 years working as a grants specialist at a major public university and most recently as the grants coordinator for an urban county with over 1 million population. While working in county government, Cindy assisted with procuring a $16.2 million grant award from the U.S. Department of Justice to install laptop computers in every county police car. Cindy provides proposal development and grants administration services.
